This is the best bench I’ve used. The firmness and grip of the pad is perfect, it’s light enough to move around the gym easily, and very stable. I wish there were more back positions and more attachment options available. All in all, this is my go to, and I see no need to upgrade. Rep killed it.

This attachment is lightweight, decent quality, and very affordable. Solid steel, heavily knurled attachments are nice, but they are expensive and I strap up for most pulling movements anyway. Not to mention a lightweight attachment is much more convenient when used with a plate loaded system like the Dialed Motion IBEX. Bearings in the swivel attachment point would be my foremost recommendation for improvement. Bottom line, this lat bar gets the job done.

Aside from the OG Androit, this may be the best landmine currently available, that said it has some draw backs. Positives: -Very smooth and well built. Limitless mobility. -Sexy -Good value for price Negatives: -Plastic hand nuts are cheap plastic, wish they were a thick/solid HDPE. -Magnet is not strong enough
