Very basic stuff and I've had one so beat up that if not careful when spinning the collar on, you could cut your hand on the end of the threaded area. I commonly use this at my "backup" gym when visiting family across the country.

Discontinued brand that I can not even find existing on Amazon anymore. One of my first investments before I knew better... To not get an 8" log 🤦🏼

I have these in the second hand collection of standard plates and they look better than any of the other standard plates. They have help up better than all of the others.

Had this one for at least 15 years. Used it with a leg extension/leg curl option. When doing heavy leg extensions I ended up putting dumbbells on the back feet to hold it down, but it still worked decently well for a cheaper adjustable bench. Downsized/gave away this one to my consistent gym member so he could have a small starting point when I moved away.

I got an AutoZone version and it wors great to allow my pitbull yoke (that came with bolts) to be adjusted easily and quickly.

Love that this one is adjustable by one pound increments.

One of my bigger spending regrets that I almost forget about. Cant remember what I paid (too much), sold for $500 and noticed the person that bought it was selling a few years later. If found super cheap, would be better than nothing but would definitely test out the resistance of the "bands" before purchase.

I've had this attachment for 20+ years, and after being supplied a replacement cable free of charge without any proof of purchase I can not say a negative thing about it. It's quite literally been to Europe and back and forth across the US and been a staple of my training for that whole time.
