After the Rogue belt destroying the inside of my legs, my wife gifted me the Cloud9 in a medium. Contrary to online consensus, the medium while just barely extending the sides of my hip with the thick pad, is extremely comfortable. I just carabiner the clips to keep the belt on, then strap into the Rhino. Because the loops are all that’s left I don’t get pulling or interference into my thighs doing normal width squatting that I couldn’t do with the Rogue one that is much longer. I have a medium, 5’8” and float between 170-200lb and this belt feels great, especially for the price and level of materials.

Hip thrusts on the Rhino! After a bunch of research into different foot plate options with the Rogue Monster prop platform, custom order footplate from Rogue’s seal bench, Vesta stands, janky bolt a thing to a thing options….i landed on these to solve hip thrusts on the Rogue rhino. Added an F&F 5/8” adapter, installed them right above the rhino safety after removing the shrouds orientating them the longest length towards the trolley to avoid interference from regular belt squat movements as well as get to a better position hip thrusting. Use that with a belt and the multifunction roller. Use a band to pull the safety in and boom. I can get my feet in the right position and utilize the roller with the uprights to do nothing but focus on my glutes. Balancing the height, belt loop and trolley safety takes a bit to dial in. Only trade is that regular 45s won’t clear an area weight horn which is fine because there’s maybe 3 plates worth that does. These platforms are solid but nothing special. Just stoke to have them solve a function I wanted with a cable hip thrust machine.

These dumbbells feel good in the hand and solid once locked in. Loading up to 100lb is pretty great. Unfortunately, loading takes way too long that I avoid it as much as possible that I find myself leaving them in the corner. The loose weight too gets annoying moving around if you don’t have a platform or rack for as well. Super solid set of very heavy weights if you can get over the loading and storage limitations.

Leg press sled staple. I got these extremely cheap and while they smell like something awful and tolerance isn’t great, they fit what I needed to just have them fixed on my leg press at all times.

Lined, comes in pair at a cost of most singles, comes with hardware too! Fantastic build and value for barbell holders. Don’t bother with others more expensive or don’t come lined.

Had these for many years and still holding up well. I’ve moved on to thinner bumpers to be able to load more but these have gone through a lot of deadlifts, always been in a garage, and still solid. Years later the smell is still there a bit but have to get reeeeeal close to know/tell.

Incredible value bar. Knurl is on the aggressive side but ‘fiber’ relative to OPB. Bought blemished for $120 and free shipping. Extremely pleased. 28.5mm and sleeves are ribbed and rotate fantastically.

Own two with bought years apart. Extremely solid for box squats or other random needs for step. I wouldn’t use this for standing loaded lifts as there is wobble in each.
