Use them as ‘uprights’ with miscellaneous crossmembers and feet for roller and weight storage. Definitely useful with other pieces for ‘free’ storage.

The one thing Rogue makes that utilizes the keyhole. Super easy install. Crazy expensive for what they are. My cheap, old, crusty and rusty cap plates mark them up pretty bad. They came free and have bought other options just as good at a fraction of the price.

Is weight. Somewhere around what is says it is in terms of weight. When I lift enough of weight I get stronger and the weight for some reason feels less weighty.
