I found the best use for these band pegs are for highly effective change plate storage. If they didn’t come free I would not have had these. There are better options out there that stay in place or have other features or at least a finish that lasts. Don’t pay for these

These are great option to stay safe and not damage your bars (or body). But wowzers these are so annoying to setup. They literally force me to change how I lift to avoid having to reconfigure them. A nightmare to mess with on the Indy functional trainer as they conflict with the trolley path so it’s a game of back and forth to install. THE ONLY WAY to overcome this and it’s still irritating is to use mag pins instead of the 5/8th bolt. Even with that I still find myself saying ‘screw it, I’ll go without’. My wife and I will both do this until we see each other doing it and chew the other one out. They at least don’t take up space like other options and in my mind the pipes would be the only thing worse than this. Sadly I think the order of suck is pipes, then these, then going without any, then spotter arms if you have the space.

Bought a pair super cheap off of FB marketplace and use it for storage. Specifically for the rogue roller pad as a cheap easy way to keep it off the floor. They’ve now expanded to support a weight tree/storage with other random crossmembers.

These feel great with cable exercises. Raises, curls and extensions using my Indy trainer and a bench to sit on. Secure and no give under tension.

The collar that bites back. This has tremendous hold strength over reps and sets. The clamp when at certain angles or orientation will destroy your fingers. I found using one hand and holding the sleeve with the other is the only way to avoid it.

Got this bar BOGO several years ago for my wife’s birthday. It was at the time the most money I had spent on a bar and my first experience of a ‘good’ bar. Fast forward to now, the stainless finish is still looking great. The black sleeves are showing small rust spots and wear but it’s used by both of us for deadlifts and the smaller diameter and knurl feels great.

This strap can do a lot and locks in well with a low pulley for all sorts of leg exercises. My wife loves using it even with her smaller size 4-4.5 feet. I’ve had it for years and still holding strong.
