Feels great when I’m really locked up. Gives an immediate sense of relief for my back whether it be from benching or squatting.

The best piece I’ve had for triceps pulldowns and face pulls. Used and abused for years it’s still holding up.

Bar has tremendous feel in the hand and good angles. Very much like the knurl throughout. Under heavy cable loads the rotation starts vibrating uncomfortably. Like others I had to open up and lube the bushing which shouldn’t be necessary brand new.

Great way to store barbells with the convenience of keeping them in your rack. Only downside is that I’m short so reaching for 45lb or worse 65lb safety squat bar at 5’8” is….a challenge. I’d still take it over bars lying against a wall or in a corner trying to navigate around everything.

Got a bunch on sale that them coming in pairs was a great value compared to anyone else. Fits in my Rogue RM-3 and of way higher value than Rogue’s. The washers/spacers that come with them are a cheap plastic but otherwise a solid bolt with a ton of thread engagement. Fits in a post, holds weight, job met.

These things are beeeeeeeeeef. Love them. The 1” gives way more clearance in a Rogue rack side to side. They also hold up way better than my Ghost roller cups with aggressive knurled bars. The fitment is also spot on.

I’ve had these for many years. Crazy amount of strap length to constantly contend with and unravel that makes it hard to justify ever changing the setup. Primarily use it for dips now have them hanging over my Rogue Rhino with shackle hooks to do weighted dips. Extremely solid handles that feel great. I’d rather do dips with these rings than any straight handles.

This bar feels fantastic. Solid in every way. Biggest challenge is avoiding getting crushed in the head changing weights or walking under.
