Mine came free with my Indy Rhino trainer. Very stiff out of the box that it took some getting used to. Now that I have it broken it it is more comfortable but I’m also avoiding position I want to use the rhino due to the belt digging into my legs and bruising them. I can ‘safely’ use the belt if I’m behind the cable stance wise but when I try to go directly over for more quad activation….no dice and enter bruising due to the belt digging into.

These mag pins have the longest length, one of the few with a pin hole, most color options, and one of the most affordable. These are all wins that they’re definitely worth getting especially when Fringe has sales which they regularly do.

This thing is great for lat pull downs and the roll and ability to put at any height or crossmember on your rack gives you a bunch of options for leg/body movements that can’t be achieved normally. Biggest drawback is that it’s big and awkward. Laying on the ground for storage was taking up a ton of room so I had to get creative with extra rack feet I had for upright storage. It’s also a pain to align in the rack but once you fight it in, it’s locked.

This thing is a tank. Sketchy to get the pulley on from the rhino even with unloading the trolley as it snaps back. Requiring the need to unload the trolley, the difficulty in loading the cable, and the overall size of the unit makes the setup really annoying on top of rowing on the floor. In my integrated RM-6 it also eats up the useable rack space so I’m constantly taking this off. Storage wise it’s big and awkward. No where to hang it or lay it that doesn’t get in the way or take a ton of space. My wife refuses to use it unless I set it up for her. Once setup and in use however, it’s a tank! So it’s solid and feels great it just comes with a lot of setup and a storage annoyance. Potentially better off just pulling straight from the rhino with a bench and roller unless you got this in your purchase from Rogue. Otherwise I wouldn’t recommend not recommend buying separately.

The magnets on these are really handy with limited space. The lock goes on super easy. My wife likes using them over clamps and locking collars due to their ease and force required. They don’t hold super tight but good enough for squats and bench. I wouldn’t recommend for deadlifts and would use locking collars.

I paid way more than currently listed during covid. Pretty compact leg press combo machine relative to other options. Hack squats feel great with hard yoga blocks on shoulders. The sled without weight is ~75lbs but loading up for more is easy for all options. Leg press is limited due to the foot plate width. Removing the safety bracket under the seat helps as well as a soft yoga pad behind your back. Tough to justify buying with subpar leg press ability and for just hack squatting.

These were my first roller (and first j cup on 3x3 rack). After getting used to the roller and return feature, I grew to like it that when I got a sandwich j cup later I had to readjust my setup (and brain) again that I end up missing the features. Despite the usefulness of the roller and return for squats and bench, the tolerance is terrible. When loaded, one will angle further out than the other which doesn’t effect anything but is annoying because of the cost. Additionally these wear down like crazy with my OPB (or anything else with knurl) and will need to be replaced at $50 plus more over time making it a terrible value compared to a sandwich jcup that does show wear but not to the level where I’m thinking about replacement. Overall, cool product but quality and value don’t justify the features.

Super simple install on my Rogue RM-3. Used the Bob feet on the bottom then the existing 1” bolt with a 5/8” bolt to maximize the height to be able to do standing press (I’m 5’8”). Used the Midas shorty power bar to clear a garage door clearance I have to be able to stow the smith on my pull up bar at max height. I’ve also swapped it out with the Titan Cambered bar for an big pump. The safety hooks due bend in against the mag pins under higher loads but no issues or major safety concerns. Love the feel and control doing rows and bench work. With the full rod, I don’t feel the seam. Hip thrust do need a platform but I could also remove the safeties to go without. Max gains, max pump, maxed out on the rogue rack.
