This is a great power bar for the price! For squatting the knurl has a good amount of bite to hold the bar on your back but its passive enough it doesn't kill your hands for bench or pulls. Very nice manufacturing touches with tig welded thin collars as well as dot peened hansu name on the shaft. Can't go wrong using this one for a first bar in a home gym, especially in Canada where I live rogue/texas bars kill you on shipping costs.

I love this bar as a bench alternative. Its well constructed and works some really excellent range of motion. I'm coming back from a nasty shoulder injury so this is just what was required. The knurling location seems odd at first but if I were to move my hands in or out from the knurl position I'm not sure I could get the correct ROM for the intended use. Not your typical made in China style camber bar. Highly recommended for someone looking for bench bar variation options.
