This it the best 3x3 1in hole rack you can get where money and quality intersect. These racks are great because they’re modular and have four-way whole systems so it’s literally like an adult Lego or erector set. You can build it out or any kind of configuration you want I’ve done traditional six post and batwing versions as well. Rogue is only of the only companies offering so my colorways options

A solid all around option for Powerlifting and SBD. I like the bar, but prefer the newer 29mm option over this one, but it’s still a classic barbell that will serve you well forever if you take care of it. I Owned the Bare steel and the Red Cerakote. The bare steel was more aggressive

This has become my favorite home gym bar. I have own and Testing all the versions Bare steel, Black Zinc, Chrome and Red Cerakote. It’s one of the most aggressive power bars on the market. The bare steel is the most aggressive, but even the cerakote is still very aggressive, even though it’s been coded in ceramic to help avoid corrosion. Would highly recommend and prefer the aggressive knurling over other popular less aggressive 29mm power bars

It had one of these for years it was my preferred budget dumbbell stand. I used it for Power block pros and USA elites as well as the original Pepin spin lock adjustable dumbbells. It also has an unrated feature of additional plate storage on the small 1 inch plate horns. Those can be left off to save space or our great for additional small change plates and other storage options like fractional plates.

It’s definitely a solid piece of equipment. There isn’t currently anything better than any of the other options I have tried. The special modes like chains and added eccentric load really give it a different feel vs Free weights or cable machines with weight stacks that rely on gravity for resistance. It definitely saves space vs full size weight tacks or machines, but worry, the most about a long-term durability and potentially cracking the screen with a heavy metal attachment and long-term battery life will it be something that will last for years and years to come? time will tell. also, I tried various mounts for this unit and the Dr Tatty Waffles and Darko collab that takes a mag pin is by far the best in my opinion
