This is one of those small add-ons that makes a big difference. I use it to combine both stacks on my functional trainer when I want more resistance, and it works great for things like lat pulldowns, rows, and triceps work. It’s simple to set up and feels solid under load. If you’ve got a dual-stack machine and ever feel limited by the weight, this is an easy upgrade.

This thing looks simple but it’s a serious forearm burner. The rotating movement hits both sides of the forearms and builds grip strength at the same time. I like using it at the end of workouts for higher reps or timed sets. If you want stronger forearms, this gets the job done quick.

The Barbell Bomb is a really convenient way to set up landmine exercises without needing a dedicated attachment. I can just drop a barbell into it and start doing rows, presses, or rotational work. It’s quick, portable, and saves space in a garage gym. Simple tool that I end up using more than I expected.

The wrist roller is old school but still one of the best ways to train forearms. It’s simple to set up and you can adjust the difficulty just by changing the weight. The burn builds fast, especially on the way down. I keep coming back to it because it just works.

The pinch grip is probably the hardest of the grenade grips to hold onto. It forces your fingers and thumb to do all the work, so you feel it almost immediately. I use it for holds and shorter sets since grip usually gives out before anything else. Great option if you want to build real hand strength, not just forearms.

The baseball grip is a lot tougher than it looks. The thicker shape makes even lighter weight feel challenging, especially on rows or holds. I’ve been using it with a loading pin and it lights up my forearms fast. If grip strength is something you want to improve, this is a simple but effective tool.

The grenade pineapple grip is a great tool for building grip strength. The rounded shape makes even lighter weights feel challenging and forces your hands to work harder. I use it with a loading pin or cables for holds and pulls. Simple tool that delivers a serious grip workout.

The Darko Tiny Bar is one of those attachments I didn’t think I’d use much, but it’s ended up in my rotation a lot. The shorter width makes curls and pushdowns feel more controlled, especially when I’m trying to keep strict form. It moves really smooth on the cable and just feels solid in hand, even when loading it up. If you like cleaner, more controlled reps instead of swinging weight, this is a great attachment to have.
