This one really targets the thumbs in a way most grip tools don’t. It feels awkward at first, but once you get used to it, you can tell it’s hitting a weak point. I use it for short sets and holds since the thumbs fatigue pretty fast. Good tool if you want to build more complete grip strength instead of just relying on fingers.

This is one of the toughest grip tools I’ve used. The hub-style grip forces you to pinch and hold in a way that’s very different from handles or bars. I use it for holds and short pulls, and it doesn’t take much weight before it gets challenging. If you’re looking to build real thumb and pinch strength, this is a great one to add.

These made rope work a lot more comfortable for me, especially on higher-rep sets. The softer silicone takes some of the pressure off your hands, so I can focus more on the movement instead of grip fatigue or irritation. I use them mostly for pushdowns and face pulls. Simple upgrade, but one I’ve kept using.

These are an easy way to add a thick-grip challenge to almost any movement. I throw them on dumbbells, barbells, or cable handles when I want more forearm and grip involvement. They slip on quick and stay in place well enough for most lifts. Simple add-on that makes lighter weight feel a lot harder.

These are a solid option when I want to take my grip out of the equation and really focus on the target muscle. I use them mostly on heavier pulling movements like rows and pulldowns, and they help me stay locked in without worrying about my grip giving out. They’re quick to set up and feel secure once tightened. Good to have on hand for those heavier or higher-rep sets where grip becomes the limiting factor.

This is a legit grip killer. The 3x4 pinch size feels tough right away, and being able to load it heavier makes it easy to progress over time. I use it for holds and short pulls, and my grip usually gives out fast. If you’re serious about building real pinch strength, this is a great tool to have in the rotation.

The ABX bench is one of the more versatile benches I’ve used. It adjusts easily and feels solid whether I’m pressing, doing incline work, or using it for accessories. The pad is comfortable without being too soft, and the overall build feels sturdy even under heavier weight. If you want a bench that can handle a lot of different movements without taking up a ton of space, this is a great option.

This is a simple piece, but it actually makes sled work a lot smoother. It keeps the plates elevated and stable, which makes loading and unloading easier and helps everything sit more securely during pushes and pulls. I noticed it right away on heavier sets where plates can shift around. Not something you have to have, but definitely a nice upgrade if you use a sled regularly.
