This feels more like traditional strongman training compared to the Atlas or Husafell bags. I use it a lot for carries, cleans, shoulder loading, and conditioning circuits, and the shifting weight makes everything harder than expected. It’s one of those tools that can turn a basic workout into a full-body challenge pretty fast. Great option if you want something versatile that builds strength and conditioning at the same time.

What I like most about the Husafell sandbag is how awkward it feels in a good way. You can’t really “rest” during carries because the shape forces you to constantly fight to keep it locked in. I’ve noticed it hits my core and upper back hard even with lighter weight than I expected. It’s become one of my favorite conditioning tools when I want something different from traditional cardio or regular strength work.

The Atlas Sandbag is a lot more challenging than it looks because the weight constantly shifts while you’re moving it. I use it for carries, loads, squats, and conditioning work, and it definitely hits differently than regular gym equipment. It’s great for building full-body strength and work capacity without needing a ton of space. If you want strongman-style training in a garage gym, this is a really fun piece to have.

This machine has been a really good fit for my garage gym because it gives me both leg press and hack squat movements without taking up a massive amount of space. The sled feels smooth, and I like being able to switch between movements depending on what I want to focus on during leg day. I’ve also noticed it’s easier on my lower back compared to loading heavy barbell squats all the time. If you want a dedicated leg machine but don’t have room for commercial gym-sized equipment, this is a solid option.

These feel like a big step up from standard plates the first time you use them. The thinner design lets me load a lot more weight on the bar, and the calibrated accuracy is nice for consistent training. They’ve got that solid steel feel and sound that just makes heavy lifts feel different. Definitely more of a premium option, but if you like serious strength training, they’re hard not to appreciate.

These are the plates I keep coming back to for regular training. They’re quieter than iron plates, durable, and the thinner profile lets me load more weight on the bar without taking up a ton of space. I like that they have a little more dead bounce compared to some softer bumpers, especially for deadlifts and Olympic-style movements. Overall they just feel like a solid, dependable training plate for a garage gym.

The BFAS feels a lot better in use than a standard rope attachment. The leather loops are more comfortable on the hands and give me a better position for things like face pulls, pushdowns, and overhead extensions. I especially notice it on higher-rep sets where regular ropes can start digging into my hands. It’s one of those attachments that feels premium the second you pick it up, and it’s become part of my regular cable rotation.

This is a great attachment for rows and pulldowns, especially if you like a neutral grip. The rotating handles make the movement feel smooth and more natural on the wrists compared to fixed attachments. I notice a better squeeze in my back since I’m not fighting the grip position. It’s become one of my go-to attachments for cable pulling work.
