It's a fine loading pin, probably no better or worse than any other option.

Just generic band pegs, I think mine came with my rack. No complaints.

Good option for bands especially if you already are going to make an order through Rogue.

I have the smaller one. It mostly gets used as a seat for low rows but on occasion I'll use it for cleans and carries. It's built well and the individual bags that go inside are nice for changing weights.

There's nothing really wrong with it but I'll probably replace it with a darko handle at some point

They were cheap and they work. The quality isn't great if you care about that sort of thing.

Just a good inexpensive collar. I have other collars now so these end up being spacers on my yoke.

I have to admit I hardly use this any more but its a good piece and probably should be in every gym.
