I'm sure these get used for training somewhere, but I never have. If I were buying them outright, I'd probably look for one of the newer magnetic versions. That said, if you want something basic that works, these would do the trick.

Very basic band pegs. I've owned them for a while but literally never use them because I don't run conjugate. They are fine. Cheap and easy enough to put in a junk bin...

These get the job done and I've had them since day one in my gym. The problem is how much they move around when you slacken the band tension to the bar and while its not a big deal, I'd much prefer to have pegs that are magnetic. I missed the opportunity to get them from Fringe when they offered them, but it isn't a big enough deal to replace. I do have a pair that I'm using for my smith machine at the top (to bring down the weight of the bar at the lower settings), which gives a nice little bit of increased feel at the top of a squat or bench. Get magnetic if you can, but the options are pretty pricey now for that.

Yay bands. Yes, they hold them. They hold them good. Also, they're great handles for Hatfield Squats. I've also used them for Belt Squats as handles and even tinkered with them for neutral grip pull up handles. Pro Tip - Don't use them for neutral grip pull up handles.

They hold bands well! Not sure what else to say. But I need to say more to reach 50 characters.

Not any more special than any other brand, but come in handy for 5/8" racks for both bands or general storage to hang stuff off of.

Since it came with my previous rack I’d say they’re okay. Nice if you’re doing band work or want handles for a Hatfield squat

These band pegs work great in the rack, but can also be used to store weights.
