They work as safteys but not the nicest to move for different excercises.

Great for single arm excercises. I like them for rear delt work and tricep extensions. The grooves actually feel very comfortable in your hands.

Finally have a safe place for my drinks. If you dont have one you should.

Didn't get it hung up yet since it just got here. But this is awesome.

They work as collars. I dont recommend spring collars really. But if its what you have they will work.
