I dont do much band training but they work. I original got them when I first started during covid.

My wife uses them for excercises. She likes them and says they are good quality.

They are weights. Only reason i have them is cause they were the only 10s I could find when starting my gym.

These are great for lever arms. They make it easy to move the horns to adjust load on excercises.

They are weight horns. Not much to them great way to store your plates on your rack if you have the space.

I bought them for some diy items and they work well to be able to adjust the width on my custom arms for my cable tower.

They are very handy to throw together some diy options. I used them to make my cable tower have wide arms for flies.

Works well. A good day to store barbells and keep them off the floor.
