I have the Cerakote Gunmetal version, and it looks and feels awesome! Most multi-purpose bars lean away from powerlifting ability, whereas this one can definitely be used for heavy pulls and presses. The outer knurl is grippier than the Ohio / Colorado bars, and greater TPI than the Ohio Power Bar, but not as sharp. The center knurl is definitely passive, so shirtless power cleans won't tear you up. It really is the perfect cross-training bar if you can get it on sale, and the cerakote hasn't chipped in 7 months of use. The sleeves can scratch and rust, though.

Yes, it's an iconic bar. Yes, the knurl makes me feel like a real man. Yes, the thicc sleeves and roll-pins are unique. But honestly, the tolerances, rattling, minimal spin, and STICKERS FOR END-CAPS really do prove that it's just been eclipsed by modern barbells for the same price point. The black zinc scratches easily, and it doesn't come in stainless steel.

This is a great value bench, new or used. Lightweight and stable wheels. 700lb capacity and band pegs make it a worthwhile beginner bench. Somewhat shaky if you're doing mobile work like dips or step-ups, but I'm 280 pounds and it doesn't affect me much.

The ergonomics are great, and it replaces a full set of KBs. Cleans and snatches are comfortable and smooth. Great for heavier workouts, although it does take up to 2 minutes to change the weight, so plan accordingly. Also, get some crayon or stickers to label the internal weights. So long as you tighten the screws, the bell doesn't rattle and is very well-balanced. I am considering upgrading to the FreakAthlete adjustables, but am concerned at the thinner handles.

Pretty great units to save space, store weights and bars, and get your rack to be a better wall-mounted unit. Honestly, though. they are over-built. No reason for the storage bits to be 11-gauge steel throughout.

Great American-made plates for the price. Definitely opt for the hyper-thin 45s.
