I got a pair of these for $68, so I'm biased. They take up very little space and allow me to use the open stall mat in my gym to superset rows during press or benching. These fit barbells and axle bars, which makes them very versatile how small they are. You could get away with one but having 2 is nice. I just put the bar on the jacks, load the weight on, do my sets, and put the bar back on when I'm done to re-rack the weights. I hang them between studs for storage, highly recommend.

Straps are the best safeties for protecting yourself, your floor, and your gear, although I prefer pipe and pin for bench. These do have more slack than others, but you can move them up so they work fine. Mine came without UHMW, but I got UHMW tape and fixed it to protect my rack (shout out Basement Brandon). I'm sure other brands are better, and I can understand wanting less slack for bench and aesthetics, but these are plenty strong for a great price (just like almost every other Titan product).

This currently holds my phone on my rack as I lift. I got it as a step, but the way the crossmembers bolts to my uprights, the holes I would like to put this in are occupied. It opening only one way also limits its usefulness, although I don't know how they could fix this problem. If your rack is 100 inches or something crazy, this might be a good product for you. If your rack is 90 inches or less like mine, this might be a glorified phone spotter. It's well made, just seems like more tests on other brands' racks could have made the design more versatile.

HypertroFit is the expert on these so watch his review. This is an innovative design that Titan released too soon without working out the kinks. Then his review blew them up, so they back-tracked and marked them half off and fixed the problems he found. They slapped some UHMW tape on the back and where metal touches your rack and now I have great roller j-cups for a great price. I have a pair of standard rollers that stay put for my squats and press, but I use these to slide between my bench and cleans/dead lifts. Very quick and easy, pick these up if they are still in the scratch and dent (they are new, just marked down).

This will be the only power rack I own. Not because it's the industry best, but because it's good enough for me to never need to upgrade, and instead spend money on attachments and weight and things I care more about. I'm glad I went with a 3"x3" (actually 75mm x 75mm) with 5/8" hardware (actually 16mm AKA M16). Once you know the actual specs, you can adjust accordingly. Two rep cave is a great resource to see what your rack is compatible with, and the X-3 is compatible with Rep's PR4000, Griffin's GR3 Lite, and Vulcan's nobody cares. Having access to Titan's sales and Rep's quality with free shipping either way makes this a great eco-system to be in. The 5/8" is annoying for leg rollers, and I can't use my Mutant Metals handles on my rack, but unless you care a lot about leg rollers and handles anywhere on your rack, this is the way to go. Get the 90" tall if you have the height in your space.

Titan bars have been made fun of as long as I've been looking into building my home gym. This is the bar I started with and I think it's one of the best starter bars out there (it's discontinued but similar to the elite series they have now). I've squatted 495 on this bar without center knurling with no complaints. I have since added goat scary tape as a diy center knurl that works fine. The knurling is too passive for a barbell connoisseur, it's just not the knurling you want to pull heavy with. But for your first bar it's decent enough, and I can still dead lift as much weight as I want to as long as I chalk up. The chrome is done well, very minimal maintenance required after 4 years, and I prefer these smooth sleeves to my badlands bar. If this knurling was improved this would be the only barbell I own. The sleeves rotate nicely for cleans but not too much on powerlifting and rows. I'm keeping this for cleans and dead lifts as I want to clean and can't justify a bar for only 1 lift. If you can find one used, I would get it.

I started with drop in dip bars that have 1 handle on a upright and you dip in the middle of the rack. I could never get the width right for my shoulders, so I sold those and tried a standard y-dip, but did not like the handles and felt nervous about how close my face was getting to the upright each rep. These are expensive, but they are the best (I bought the Rogue version). I have found the perfect width using the stainless steel handles with knurling and rings, and my wife can use these and eventually my kids with the 3 positions. I have the 5/8" version with the hitch pin, and when I am not using them, I flip them up and slide in a band peg to secure them (Kurtlocker's idea). If you aren't serious about dips and heavy dips, these are not for you, but if you are, don't waste your time with anything else.

These are a great way to add multiple grips to your chin-ups/pull-ups. SP stands for supinated and pronated, and with the 60 degree angle these do both well. I do not like the V2 attachment, even though the carabiner hole is handy (they don't come with carabiners). They made it so that it can go on thicker bars than the standard 1.25" pull-up bar, but I'm using it on a standard pull-up bar and it moves around more than I would like. The rubber pads also fell off the first time I used these, so have some super glue ready. I would consider getting the V1s if you are putting these on a 1.25" bar, but those are 45 degrees. At an 800 lb rating under $40, you could pick up a few pairs of all their different styles for the cost of a multi-grip pull-up bar. Despite my minor complaints, I'm glad I went with these.
