Purchased the Rogue Echo Bike in June of 2020. This fan bike is commonly referred to as “Satan’s Bike” and is considered one of the best on the market. The Rogue Echo Bike is one of the first pieces of equipment I purchased for my gym and has been a stellar performer ever since. This bike is heavy duty and has never required any regular maintenance. I can’t speak highly enough about the Rogue Echo Bike and would recommend it to anyone considering high intensity training. It’s also great for warming up.

Purchased the Cati Armor 8.75LB Fitness Plates in April of 2022. These plates have an ergonomic multi curved/swimmers cut design for increased mobility, feature a handle, are ventilated for improved air transfer and have a durable rust resistant finish. I paired these plates with the 5.11 Tactec Trainer Weight Vest and have completed a number of CrossFit style workouts with absolutely no discomfort. Purchased the XII:XI Fitness Roller J-Cups in September of 2022 for $175.00 on closeout. This company is an American made fitness equipment manufacturer in Pennsylvania and is unfortunately no longer in business. These roller j-cups are excellent, well made and have been my preferred roller j-cup for squatting. The flat roller is especially nice for those individuals who like to place the bar against the back side of the j-cups during squats. If you can find these j-cups on the second hand equipment market I would highly suggest getting a pair if priced accordingly.

Purchased The Strength Co. Olympic Iron Barbell Plates in May 2021. These plates are the next generation of American iron and the go to plates of Iron Goat Barbell. But seriously, The Strength Co. Olympic Iron Barbell Plates are unquestionably the best iron barbell plates on the market! These were shipped freight and arrived well packaged on a large pallet. The owner, Grant, called me on the phone after I sent an email inquiring about shipping costs and spoke to me personally about the product. Grant made arrangements to have my order ship freight rather than ground, saving me several hundred dollars in shipping costs. Ask yourself, when was the last time an owner of any company called you personally on the phone regarding the purchase of a product? These plates are frequently used in my home gym (at least four times a week) and still look brand new. The plates are accurate and the black E-coat is extremely durable.
