These old squat stands are not something I would use now with the modern technology in racks we have. These are more of a novelty now or collectors piece. I turned the single one I found into a chalk bowl.

These are phenomenal bands and worth every penny. I use them for bench, squat, deadlift, grip, etc. They are an amazing piece of kit to have around.

This is more of a conversation piece or just something fun to hit after a big arms and upper body day when you are just worn out. It allows you to really push when you've already worn yourself out for that little bit of extra work. Its super easy to get a full ROM. A cool piece nonetheless, but not something thats a crazy hard piece to use. I found mine with all the original parts and for cheap. They usually go for decent money from what I have seen. But a little more than they should IMO.

York Deep Dish make the world go round. These are an awesome piece of vintage iron history and awesome to have in your gym. They are definitely more expensive so you have to really want them. I use everything in my gym and these are no exception. I am more careful with them and never deadlift with them. They can crack and the hubs can break so you have to be careful. They are not always super accurate so if you want accurate vintage plates dont be surprised if they aren't. They are very expensive in the $1,000+ range, but if you look hard enough you can find deals sometimes. Kind of over hyped price wise IMO. But still cool pieces. I have 1 marked pair and 3 unmakred pairs.

These are a great daily driver plate to have in your gym. They are all over the place and can easily be found on marketplace. The milling is always cool to see and makes them a little cooler. They are usually pretty accurate. They are a great plate to fill your gym with and use on any and all lifts.

York Roundheads are by far my favorite vintage York Dumbbells. They are not the finest quality, but they are definitely cool. They are not nearly as rare as a lot of people like to say they are. They are all over the place. You just have to look. They are a cool way to have some vintage in your gym that will get used a lot. They bring a high price a lot of the time, especially for the big ones.

These collars are very sturdy and heavy duty. They are not the quickest collars to get on and off. They adjust at a decent speed. They definitely can help add some weight to your lifts. They are a lot more comman than people think and can sometimes can bring crazy prices for reasons that dont make sense to me.

These are a cool pair of collars to have. They adjust quick and easy. They take up no room to store. They can be fairly affordable for a cool vintage pair of collars.
