I use these often to either add a bit of height to my deadlifts or to add deficits. Additionally, they're great for whatever strongman stuff I'm doing when I don't want to ruin concrete or my equipment. When first starting my gym, I also used this to deadlift because I didn't have any other mats at that point. They have held up very well for over 6 years.

One consequence of tearing your tricep tendon (perhaps unsurprisingly) is that your grip suffers in all forms. I've been using my rice bucket at least twice a week to help rehab and strengthen my forearms and elbows. I have noticed that it does help, so if you have any sort of elbow problems, maybe give the rice bucket a try. It's low impact but can really pump up your forearms.

I picked this bar up used from someone who's had it for two years. Besides a few cosmetic things here and there that would be expected, the bar feels like it is pretty much new, so the build quality is already shown to be great. Compared to my Bells of Steel Bare Steel power bar, this is just about the same aggressiveness in the knurling, but everything else is just a bit better. Ironically, my BoS magnetic collars fit better on this bar than the BoS power bar. I also like the wider sleeve end compared to the BoS bar as it makes it easier to unrack the weights. It's still fairly aggressive with a hook grip, just like the BoS bar. For being only roughly $60 more than the BoS bar, I'd take this one new now that I've used it. However, I did knock down the value a bit because, even though it's cheaper initially, bare steel bars do require more maintenance overall compared to bars that have a coating.

This is a cool piece if equipment that I'm really weak at. Definitely a different stimulus from other grip strength, so don't go into thinking you'll be good.

It's not exactly a stone feeling, but it does provide some variety to sandbag training. It is less versatile than a traditional sandbag (on my opinion), so I had to knock off the value rating. However, it does mimic stones better than only doing sandbag work, and it's cheaper than a stone of steel and less messy than actual stones.

My first J Cups as my Y-2 Yoke was also my squat rack for a while. I never doubt the ability for these to hold my weight, but the lack of UHMW on the front lip does wear your bar away a bit. Plus, having some UHMW on the bottom would also be beneficial. Still, for the price, if you have a 2x3 rack, you're not likely to find a more solid J cup.

There are probably the best a la carte uprights you can buy for 5/8 hardware. The sides have holes every 2" instead of every 6" (like Titan and Rogue), and they have hole numbering every five hole, which is better than Rogue or Titan that don't do either. If you're expanding your rack by yourself and have a metric rack, these are the best ones to get.

Rep is really the only one that sells cross members these easily accessible with hole spacing all around. The only weird part is that the 16" crossmembers have 1" holes on top and bottom but 5/8" on the sides, but that's be cause of the cable attachments they are used for. Still a great purchase for a la carte expansions.
