These are a nice add on to your deadlift routine got rid of mines a while back but wouldn't mind having them again

Got a pair of the 1" mag pins included in a deal but my racks are 5/8 holes these are nice will be buying the 5/8 version

I have a 600lb tire and four 200lb tires sitting in the backyard, I will eventually set up a rig and other things in my backyard for outdoor workouts

Another Facebook marketplace pick up i ended up selling with plans to get another one later but I have my body solid rower now

These are not a bad Facebook marketplace pick up but the quick turn mechanism on the new model adjustable dumbbells are a way better choice
