Got this before all the knockoffs became available. I don’t know what more you could want out of it. It’s a simple attachment and works great for what it does.

I’ve had quite a few adjustable benches and this is by far my favorite. Integrates great with other Prime equipment but as a standalone bench it’s fantastic. Build quality is definitely above the benches I had from Rep. Adjusting is easy, moving it around is easy, the pad is soft enough to be comfortable but not too soft that I feel like it hurts my lifts. Some people don’t like how skinny the pad is but I feel more stable benching on this than other, wider adjustable benches. Would probably get the shorty version now for some more versatility but I’ve never used that one so I don’t know how well it performs as just a regular bench too.

Technically mine is a cobbled together version that started life as a RML-490, turned into a 6 post rack, and now a half rack. The half rack is my favorite version. Love how compact it is while still having weight storage and the spotter arms are my favorite safety version with how easy they are to move. Moving bars into/out of place is so easy because you don’t have to deal with getting them inside the rack is great. It does shift a bit on heavy reracks if it’s not bolted down but it’s minor and not a big deal in my opinion. Half rack crü

Powerblocks were the best adjustable dumbbell out there for quick adjustability and solid build quality before the home gym boom that led to all sorts of new options. I still love these things and use them constantly. For the price, they are fantastic. Only downside is the shape can make some dumbbell movements, like pullovers, difficult or not really possible. I find these to be few and far in between so I don’t feel like I’d ever bother replacing them. They can have some rattle to them but are you lifting in a library? Crank up the tunes and don’t worry about it. Adjusting them is super simple and even the smaller adder plates are fast to add/remove. I got these originally because I had Ironmasters and they are a pain to adjust. Started with just the 50lb version and quickly got the upgrade kits to go up to 90lbs and only touch my Ironmasters when I need anything above 90lbs. The other issue is these definitely weigh less than the stated amount. When going from 90lbs with these to 95lbs with my Ironmasters it’s really more like going from 88lbs to 95lbs. Doesn’t really matter if you’re only using the Powerblocks since it’s all relative. Are there better options now? Probably, but these are still a great value.

Love these plates so much. They look awesome and are so easy to move around with the holes. Can also use for random movements easily since they are easy to grab so a front plate raise is great. Only reason I took a star off from build quality is because they are cast, the round edges have noticeable imperfections that I didn’t notice in pictures prior to buying. They don’t make the plates worse by any means, but you’re not going to get that perfectly milled look. Would definitely get these again if starting over.
