Have the 6in one. The foam could be stiffer. Better used as a pad for other exercises.

Not an elite FTS SS yoke but it'll do if you find a good deal.

It's rubber, it's a ball and you can slam it into the ground.

Never dropped them and not sure how they'd hold up if I did.

More challenging than the iron minds rolling thunder. On the slick side so that makes it challenging.

It works for what it is. Did manage to get a small tear in it but doesn't effect functionality.

It's an axle. A bit on the slick side with the finish so chalk up. Also can feel it compress a little bit under my grip.

Good tool if you know how to use it. Misgroove and you might have a bad time.
