They're all the same blank. It works. Makes you feel like Arnold. Biceps are still mediocre though.

This bar has been discontinued. Knurl is super grippy without tearing your palms. A step above the OPB in my opinion.

Let me preface this by saying I don't like multigrip bars. This bar isn't terrible in comparison to others but feels like it was designed from liking at images of other bars. Knurl is extremely passive.

You get what you pay for with this piece. Knurled handle are passive. The weight is not balanced. That said it works fine as a trap bar and it's easy to load.

Decent roller of you're in the bigger men category.

They're J cups, they haven't failed on me yet. Fingers crossed.

Good rope. Not sure it'll work well for folks over 6'3"
