This rack is sold under a medley of brands, mine is Fray Fitness but it's the same rack, homegrown was the only one I could find a link to. I was able to buy mine from a local reseller so I avoided paying shipping which made it a great value, the freight shipping is like $200 which kinda kills it for me considering for not much more money you could get a full 3x3 1 inch power rack that has holes on all sides of the uprights and a medley of expansion options down the line. That being said for a half rack with weight storage I doubt there's a much better deal but if you think you'd ever even maybe want to expand then I would go with a 4 post rack at least. I've had it for around 5 years and the coating is starting to wear thin in some places but all in all it's held up well and even has band pegs if you're into that, it's also a metric 3x3 so any rep/titan/other import 3x3 1 inch hole attachments will work, just keep in mind that it only has the forward facing holes

If you're looking for a cable attachment EZ curl bar, you can't afford not to buy this one, for $50, you get a high quality cable attachment, I've used it for curls and overhead tricep extensions every upper body workout since I got it and am incredibly happy with it

These are great for what they are, unless you're a light person, you're not gonna be using bodyweight in each hand with them but for someone just trying to dip their toes in the water with farmers walks they'll do. They're cheap and small which is great if you dont want to commit to full handles. If you load enough weight on (especially with bumpers) they'll start to cave inwards and hit your shins, I think I noticed it around 3 plates a side. Overall would highly recommend if you're wanting to dip your toes into strongman

I got these from my dad who bought them when he graduated high school in the 80’s, mine have seen better days but they got that HISTORY to em since my dad used them for decades, they also smell weird when it rains which I guess has something to do with humidity but I figure most of them don’t do that 😂

I got this bar for free and it's pretty cool, there's no grip element so it gives you one less thing to think about during a set. I can personally do like 15% more weight on it than i could with straps which is fun but I don't know how useful in reality. If you already have a tricep bar/rope/strap that you like I wouldn't spend the money for it but if you want something different and new it's pretty neat. It's not gonna make or break your tricep development but it is cool if you want some novelty in your training
