If you're looking for a cable attachment EZ curl bar, you can't afford not to buy this one, for $50, you get a high quality cable attachment, I've used it for curls and overhead tricep extensions every upper body workout since I got it and am incredibly happy with it

These are great for what they are, unless you're a light person, you're not gonna be using bodyweight in each hand with them but for someone just trying to dip their toes in the water with farmers walks they'll do. They're cheap and small which is great if you dont want to commit to full handles. If you load enough weight on (especially with bumpers) they'll start to cave inwards and hit your shins, I think I noticed it around 3 plates a side. Overall would highly recommend if you're wanting to dip your toes into strongman

I got these from my dad who bought them when he graduated high school in the 80’s, mine have seen better days but they got that HISTORY to em since my dad used them for decades, they also smell weird when it rains which I guess has something to do with humidity but I figure most of them don’t do that 😂

I got this bar for free and it's pretty cool, there's no grip element so it gives you one less thing to think about during a set. I can personally do like 15% more weight on it than i could with straps which is fun but I don't know how useful in reality. If you already have a tricep bar/rope/strap that you like I wouldn't spend the money for it but if you want something different and new it's pretty neat. It's not gonna make or break your tricep development but it is cool if you want some novelty in your training

I got this exact machine on temu for $300, I would not reccomend it at all at the $650 that GMWD wants for it but for $300, it got me in the door of trying belt squats with a compact footprint and cheap price. Assembly is horrific since the chinesium tolerances are bad but once it's together its fine enough. I haven't had more than 300lb on it since i only use it for higher rep work at the end of a workout but it for my uses and the price I don't regret it

This was my first specialty bar and I'd say its the best Titan product I've owned (though that's not saying a ton haha). It is a knock off of the EliteFTS yoke bar, we all know it, and I'm sure the eliteFTS one is better, but for the price and home gym use, I have no real complaints in going with the titan one. The chrome coating is flaking off on the very ends of the sleeves but for a bar that doesn't get used every single workout, I'm happy with it

For a multi use bar, you can find cheaper, but you probably won't find anything noticeably better. The knurl is great for my uses, it's grippy enough for my low rep sets and won't tear my hands up on higher rep sets. The shaft being stainless steel makes the knurl noticeably grippier than a coated option. After a workout my hands will usually be sore from the knurl but I've only had this bar for 4 months and it's my first bar that has noticeable knurl so I just haven't gotten used to it yet. If you find one used, id say it's an insta-buy, new it is a little pricey but I's still recommend. I bought mine new and the price hurt a little at the time but knowing it'll last me for the rest of my life makes it feel more like an investment and makes the price a much easier pill to swallow

These are noticeably cheaper than other similar options, they accomplish their job as advertised, the strap can be a little bit annoying but Ive never had them be a real problem. Sometimes the strap can be useful for dragging the lighter ones out for use but there's nothing cripplingly special or cripplingly bad about them, they just work.
