Great grip training tool. I use it to build my finger strength for climbing. It has about a dozen different ways to hold it with different sized edges, finger pockets, as well as a pinch block in the middle. You can also change the orientation of the cord which will make the edges either incut or slopey which greatly affects your ability to hold them. The wood is perfectly smooth and easy on your skin. I attach mine to a loading pin and that works great but you can also bring this with you to the crag and use a sling around your own foot to warm up your fingers before you start climbing.

This is yet another carbon copy of the MAG grip attachments for a fraction of the price. There seems to be no shortage of clones out there available on Amazon and this is just one among many. I've had it for around a year and so far, it has held up fine. The grips are slightly offset so you can flip the attachment around to change the angle on the handles.

While I love the foam version of this roller for my back, this version with the firm nodules digs in deep and helps loosen up my hamstrings.

This was my first barbell and I had no choice but to go with a budget option since I was also buying a rack, plates, and some other equipment all in one go. While it was my primary bar for years, it is clearly a budget bar with sub-standard performance and build quality. Now that I have upgraded to a REP Double Black Diamond bar, this will be relegated as a secondary bar when my programming has a lot of barbell exercises that are far more efficient if you have multiple bars at your disposal. Also great for landmine work. There are so many bars options these days and for just a little more, you can get yourself a great budget bar with higher build quality. That being said, if the budget is the number 1 concern, this is a far better option than some cheap Amazon bar.

This is a great compact option for storing your plates on the wall. It is sturdier and can hold more weight than those versions that just attach to a stud without some kind of foot like this one has. It sits at a slight angle so plates slide on well and plate retention is great, but it can be tricky to get the heavier plates off one handed due to the angle. It is meant to go into a stud via 2 attachment points but the mounts have 2 holes that are horizontal meaning only one would go into a stud. I'm not sure why they didn't orient the holes vertically so you have 2 solid attachment points. I got around this by mounting a stringer to the stud and then used short lags to mount this to the stringer. I'm planning to get a 2nd one so I have plates on both sides of my rack.

These should be standard equipment for any home, let alone any home gym. They are great for warming up, stretching, working out those tight muscles, and come in different variations and sizes. The Trigger Point are, in my opinion, the premium roller. They're durable, the foam is nice and firm, and you'll never have to worry about one of these collapsing on you.

Pretty standard piece. There's nothing that stands out about this, nor would you ever know it was made by REP Fitness. That being said, it is beefy, the welds are clean, and the swells in the handles feel good in the hands. The knurl is very passive but any knurling is better than no knurling am I right?

This is a crazy expensive Ruck but it is definitely built to last. We ended up having to buy the hip belt, which in my opinion, should be included considering it is designed to carry very heavy loads. I do like all of the options for storing different size plates and it keeps the weight tight against your back. It isn't the most comfortable harness system, I find my Gregory backpacking backpack carries up to 50lbs much more comfortably than this Ruck, but I wouldn't want to put much more weight in it than that as it isn't designed for those heavy loads while I'm pretty sure people double that in this ruck. The hip belt doesn't offer enough adjustability, I'm around 210 and I end up having it nearly as tight as it can go which means it isn't nearly tight enough when my wife uses it.
