A solid option for flooring for any garage gym. They are readily available, durable as hell, and affordable compared to other options. I personally never had an issue with off gassing or weird smells from my mats. Not sure if it matters but the place I buy them from stores them outside so perhaps they had time to air out before I brought them home.

This is an incredible barbell in which you can tell REP paid attention to the finer details. The knurling is exquisite and the tolerances are tight. I call it the silent assassin as it makes nearly no noise when dropped. I love the feel of the bar and who doesn't love a high-quality end cap. It comes in various finishes which offer a variety of performance vs value so you can find the fit for your gym. I chose the stainless steel because I have a garage gym, so I wanted the best protection available, and I also didn't want to blunt the knurl at all with a Cerakote finish.

I purchased this folding rack thinking I would need to fold it up to park a vehicle in my garage if I ever needed to. And can you guess how many times I've folded it up? Exactly zero. With that in mind, I truly wish I had purchased a full rack but alas, I was naive. That being said, this was a good budget option for me at the time, and it has served me well. The instructions were lacking and I had no idea where to install the cross members and I had to figure out my own stringer situation. The ecosystem of available accessories is large enough to keep me happy but nowhere near as comprehensive as a 3x3 rack. Going 2x3 certainly saves money and I don't feel like you sacrifice capacity, but you do lose out on versatility/compatibility with availability of accessories. The quality of the rack was just fine, powder coat looks good and welds are fine. My one comment is if you install this on a floor that isn't level (like most garages as they intentionally slant towards the door), make sure you mount the low side with some gap to allow it to fold uphill. Otherwise, you'll be left with a rack that only one side can actually fold.

These are a must have upgrade for a cable tower. I have the Bells of Steel cable tower and the cables are sooo twisty. Now that I've replaced the standard carabiners with these swivel shackles, things operate so much smoother and swapping out attachments is actually easier and the twisty cables are no longer an issue. I feel like they're a little pricey for what they are but they are still worth the purchase.

These are a must have for anyone working outside of their rack. I have a wall mounted rack with only 2 uprights so spotter arms are the best way for me to lift safely in the solitude of my home gym. They are built very well, are fairly light, pop into place easily, and have a 2nd pin for extra security which I've never actually felt the need to use. I use these as intended for lifts like bench press and squats but also like to use them as bar holders when I'm doing things like curls or shrugs. These are versatile, strong, and have survived several short drops from a heavy barbell. Oh and the entire top is covered in UHMW plastic which protects your barbell. Great product overall.

These wheels offer some serious back cracking relief. The narrow wheel vs something like a standard foam roller, gets in tight around your spine and when you roll out on one of these, you will release some tension and pressure. This comes in a 3 pack, with different diameter wheels. The smaller the wheel, the greater the intensity. The large wheel is fairly mellow, and I don't use it often, I typically go straight for the small wheel and am all but guaranteed a good back cracking. I'm 220lbs and the largest wheel deforms just a bit but is in no danger of actually breaking. The foam on the outside of the wheel is firm and supportive. Considering that you get 3 wheels for a relatively low cost, I think this is a great value.

Great grip training tool. I use it to build my finger strength for climbing. It has about a dozen different ways to hold it with different sized edges, finger pockets, as well as a pinch block in the middle. You can also change the orientation of the cord which will make the edges either incut or slopey which greatly affects your ability to hold them. The wood is perfectly smooth and easy on your skin. I attach mine to a loading pin and that works great but you can also bring this with you to the crag and use a sling around your own foot to warm up your fingers before you start climbing.

This is yet another carbon copy of the MAG grip attachments for a fraction of the price. There seems to be no shortage of clones out there available on Amazon and this is just one among many. I've had it for around a year and so far, it has held up fine. The grips are slightly offset so you can flip the attachment around to change the angle on the handles.
