Picked this bad boy up during a sale during black Friday and oh boy was it worth it. Solid bench while still having a bit more cushion than similar rouge models. Definitely recommend it if you’re putting together a powerlifting or bench oriented setup.

These were actually purchased by my training partner (shoutout Brick James) but we have decided to share custody. I love a good heavy keg, but for your own sanity try to find them pre filled. Trying to put 150 pounds of wet sand down a funnel I think should be outlawed by the geneva convention as cruel and unusual punishment. We have 2 more empty kegs to fill to 250 and 300 but the actual filling of them will have to come later due to a lack of lead. Don’t let that stop you though. I love kegs and think everyone should have at least 1 knocking around.

This is definitely one of the barbells of all time. The model I purchased came from Walmart on sale for 60$. Which for the time being is just fine. The description claims it has an 800 pound capacity but until I increase my life insurance policy I don’t plan on testing that. It has knurling, but just barely. But if you want a cheap beater bar im not sure there is a better choice.

Very good first choice for log on a budget, the 12in option is 90 pounds empty and I was pretty excited to see some decent knurling on the handles. The metal used is definitely on the flimsy side but I’ve been using tires or crash pads and it holds up fine for the price. The finish on the metal is a bit smoother than expected so if you’re not using a grip shirt or a ton of chalk then the log may slip and slide on clothes more than expected.
