Similar knurling to the Duffalo bar and the kabuki power bar, smaller peaks than most other squat bars, but far more teeth per inch. Bar grips significantly better than my rogue 25kg squat bar, the Texas squat bar or the F8 squat bar that I have used that meets. I have the black zinc finish, which is holding up extremely well. Got it used so the value is amazing, but even if I had to pay the original $800 I think it would be well worth the price.

This is the greatest unknown leg machine of all time. Loads the quad in a stretched position, hitting upper quad and hip flexors like nothing else I’ve ever used. At first this is a lot of stress on the quad and patella tendons, but after a few months of use, years of quad tendinitis is completely gone. This machine added weight to my squat, thickness to my legs, and keeps me squatting heavy, pain free

It’s a tank! Solid, way overbuilt. Machine is smooth, great stimulus and a ton of variability by chance foot placement and foot plate angle. I got mine used so the value is great, but new with tax and freight shipping would be a lot of cash. Highly recommend.

With the disclaimer that bar preference is subjective, out of the Ohio power bar, Texas power bar, and kabuki, the kabuki is by far my favorite. The knurling grips so much better than the others because of the denser TPI, without the need of super sharp peaks.

Solid, small footprint piece. Best for a warmup movement. Not really a great moment for heavy weights.

Purchase this used so really can’t comment on the value of what it cost new, there is a very well well built, smooth machine good for high reps when getting a good pump before a workout. Probably does not translate to athleticism or performance very much but really good at getting a ton of blood into the shoulders before a bench workout.

My ghost monolift was built for and used at the 2021 Kern US open where Dan Bell set his all-time world record raw with wraps squat. It sat in storage for a couple years before I purchased it from the owner of that Federation. the build quality and attention to detail, like every other piece of ghost strong equipment I’ve ever used is over the top, incredibly heavy duty, beautiful machine. amazing welds, super high-quality. The rollers on the hooks and the bearings to adjust the arms in and out make lifting with multiple users so easy and quick to change settings. Seems incredibly hard to come across another one used, but would highly recommend if anyone is in the market for one and sees one available to buy it as soon as possible.

The build quality is crazy, super heavy and durable. Tremendously happy with the machine. I would be interested to try the sorinex model as it as it has far more adjustability, but I really couldn’t find anything to complain about with the Matt wenning piece. You can get a very different stimulus out of machine, depending on foot placement and how you hinge and change whether you want to target hamstrings glutes or low back. Great alternative for athletes with low back pain as an alternate for squats and deadlifts, but still a great main or accessory movement for all lifters.
