A must for grip and strongmen who have odd equipment that often has significant changes in weight. Stows away well and is affordable

Very versatile piece of equipment. I use it most for Viking press pairing with my Mutant metals handles. I have seen some great ideas with hack squats and other machine type movements. Having 1” attachments is needed so I am unable to try several of the ideas, but from what I see it seems the be a viable alternative for those what want more use out of what they have, but are willing to have some compromise.

I have a mix of gen 1 and 2 blobs. All number side. A couple that had been painted. I love blobs as a training tool and also as something fun to do with friends in the gym. I highly recommend people start building out their collection. Starting with half a 50,60,and 70 will be a good start for most people. I tend to recommend gen 2 over 1 since the weight is slightly more accurate on average. The legacy version is very different. Not bad, just different. My general recommendation is go traditional first since that’s more in line with the history. Current collection includes half of a: 10,20,30,40,50,60,70,80,and 90.

These seem the be a more popular item at the time of this review. This is the most barebones version of that. It’s fine, but I don’t like the feel of angle. It’s a pass fo me. I could see if it rotated that it would be better, but can’t confirm.

I really like this log, but I have never seen it aside from the one I was able to find. The wider openings makes it more comfortable on your arms. The sleeves take normal collars which is very convenient. 110LBs is a heavy start weight, but that weight puts this in class with some of the higher end logs. If you find or have one of these please DM me and tell me how you came across yours!

If you have been to physical therapy then you have likely used this type of band. If you can secure these to an upright at different heights or make a DIY wall mount board then these are a great tool to recreate movements for rehab or prehab. Would not be my go to for normal weight training band movements.

These are my top recommendation for cheap, but good quality bumpers. They are THICC so don’t expect to be loading over 500 on a bar either these. Smell is fine and they maintain their shape. Also, no issue with them crumbling. I kept a pair of 15s for starting weight for guests.

Basic as can get, but familiar to what you often find at a commercial gym. Several others I would recommend before this, but if you want traditional or something you will likely have used before, this will feel at home.
