This is a fun piece to have in the grip tool belt. I really like using them to strengthen my pinky and ring finger flexion. I find those to be my current first failure point on grip. There are other ways to use them as well.

Rep did add this standard to the AB 5200 2.0 so not much needed at this point. However, this feels much nicer than the rep handle. I got it for my 1.0 and it was a fun upgrade. JD makes some of the best knurling I have ever used.

If you’re here then why aren’t you certified? Join the elite club today! I may know a guy who sparked this idea, but we remain unpaid and underrated around here.

I am not a fan of the top Velcro strap like this. I want to to enclose the enter top and be more out of the way. I don't like thinking about if my hands are going to wedge under the Velcro. The Rogue bag I have is the 50 so that is not of much concern for what I am using it for. The quality is great and the bag stays fairly tight. The canvas has held up to normal use. Most won't have the concerns that I do on these, so these are fine to be a go to pick for most.

If you are wanting some vintage weights in your gym for daily drivers that you are likely to find near you and at an okay price, these are great for that. The look and feel just screams strong. These are well worth considering as your main choice for plate.

These are my go to sandbags. I have had a few other brands and I like the feel and durability of these the most. Sandbags tend to get looser over time as the canvas stretches out with the weight. That still happens with these, but I have found it to be a bit less pronounced. I have been pretty rough with these bags both inside and outside and have never seen an issue with any damage. I do have a code with them, Code PSYCH saves you 10%, but I spent probably $800 of my own money over a couple years with them before I applied for a code. I do have other bags that are good enough and I don't feel a need to swap out, but any new bags I get are these.

These plus the rubber coating are totally worth the extra money to go with your wall control panels. I do have normal pin hooks as well, but for attachments, these provide greater security and stability for the weight.

For the money I really do think this is a great stand for the rep x pepins. The cart is their other option and I am not a fan of how big it is and how it does not allow you to fully step into the stand to pick the DBs. This is great for that and the wheels are easy to roll around to help with setting up use for your exercise. The slots for the add on plates are great. I am a fan of the toaster design. My top pick is still the Black Widow stand, but I get why some can’t go that route. I think this is a good alternative. If this is too expensive then you can get the titan stand, but you will be making some serious compromises in comforts for use. A DIY stand could also be good I guess as well.
