At this price point get the non comp plates if you want this style. Training plates will be more than good enough and will save you money. That said, if you want this type id say get the KG. Might as well make them comp specific. They are great plates that have moderate bounce and good sound dampening.

Slater is the stone and log king. These are well made mods that are easy to use. Follow their instructions and you will get top quality stones. Their mods vs others just make the process a bit easier.

Upgraded inner liner that does help increase grip from the OG. Overall an improvement. Not a fan of the color options, but they are colors most people like. Small things, but its the same price so if this is your first pair then you will love them. I still say get the one with magnets for a couple extra bucks.

Upgraded inner liner that does help increase grip from the OG. Overall an improvement. Not a fan of the color options, but they are colors most people like. There are additional magnets as well, but do to the inner material sticking out of the collar it decreases direct contact and makes the magnets not as strong. Small, but noticeable

Same feel and quality as the KG plates. I don’t find much use in this type of plates calibrated plates are a pain to handle and if they are lbs then they aren’t simulating comp specific equipment (which I believe to be a big reason for having these. I’d go with something with more lip grip for lb plates.

I absolutely love this thing. Great for decline sit-ups. Pad is very firm, but good for its use. It is a bit awkward to store when not in use, but it’s not too big so easy to tuck away.

This has the same build quality as the full size rogue Jack (which is great). If you need a single Jack, this style isn’t my favorite as it’s a not as convenient to get setup, but it does hold the weight better once you are taking weight off as compared to the genesis Jack style. I still recommend the hook style like the genesis over this, but you will still be happy if you go with route.

Unless you have a commercial space or have a load of space, I think anything but the scout RH takes up too much space for how often most people will use it. Unless you want a full time drink spotter, but massenomics has you covered for those. The pad is comfortable enough and the machine itself is SOLID. Great for if you load heavy or are a larger lifter.
