Works just as good as any other foam roller, there are some niche ones that will be easier to use/for more specific things, but can do just about anything with this one

I dont like rolling out my legs but this is a great way to do it when I do need to. Not as versatile as a traditional roller but you fan be really efficient and effective with targets areas on arms and legs.

A touch on the pricey side, but I absolutely love this thing, hit my forearms in ways that are difficult to do with just a barbell or dumbells.

I have 2 of these mats and will grab more from menards if they still have them. I believe I payed 16 bucks per mat. These have a lot of the charm(smell) of horse stall mats but are easier to move around, not as thick but totally work great. I have my dumbbell cart sitting on it and it rolls easily and protects the floor.

I love the stuff from Posson Welding, its rough in the coolest kind of way. I love this XL grip for a hammer curl and loading pin, can do normal hammer curls or add a little bit of supination/pronation work as I curl to really hammer my forearms.

I think these are discontinued, but I really like these plates. The rotational grips are awesome and make holding these easy and in a pinch I have used them for cardio simply by holding the handles and going up some stairs. They are slightly thicker than an average iron plate, so they take up more room on the sleeve. I only have two real gripes, on deadlifts the recessed area of the plate where the handles are gets very annoying, and the hub is slightly recessed with a protrusion of rubber around it that makes my rogue USA collars really annoying on these. Other collars like my keppi open collars do a good job. If you can find these used for the right price you can't go wrong with these.

This is good if you are trying to specifically work on finger strength to improve grip, but it caps out way too low in resistance.

This is a first impression review, but so far, so good. Loved pulling on it, the knurling felt great (very aggressive) and the fit and finish is mostly great. My only complaint is a couple spots in the knurling appear to have been double tracked but I can't notice any difference when actually feeling the knurling, its all cosmetic. Will update review at a later date if my opinion changes since I've only had a couple opportunities to use it so far.
