Sturdier than I would have expected for foam and I like the angle markers so I can line my feet up the same way as last time.

Mine did not hold up well, lots of scratches from normal use, chips in paint, etc. Also there were pretty significant burrs/sharp edges in the center hub area that scratched up my bar until I took a file to it and knocked the sharp points down.

These are meh. They work, they are going to hold your weight. They are line on the inside with uhmw. I switched to rollers, but I still use this for some movements off the front of my rack.

They are band pegs. I got mine on sale, get yours on sale from wherever, I think all of them of this style are essentially the same.

Still working my way up on these, but the build quality on these is better than the usual gripper you'd find at bog box store, and you can actually get some challenging resistance with the golden grips. Knurling feels nice, doesn't squeek when closing the gripper. Not much to complain about.

Work fine for extensor work, but find I usually just stick with gripper or isometric holds instead.

I don't really understand why these cost like 75 bucks, and you certainly could just use band pegs or weight horns or something along those lines. That said, these are sturdy and work really well for Hatfield squats which I currently do more any any other squat accessory.

I do landmine beltsquats and used this to keep the attachment point directly below me. Unfortunately, mine bent under a moderately high load, probably 4 plates or so. I was able to bend it back, and since then have not had issues, but I don't really trust it anymore for higher amounts of weight. I'm seeking out a better option for belt squats before pushing much weight. Also, the included swivel broke the very first time I used it. Do yourself a favor and just take that off and throw it out, either replace it with a better one or forgo it altogether
