Used a couple 4x4 and was my first log for a few years. Worked well till i upgraded to Titan log. Now its a gym decoration.

Picked up 3 kegs for carries, and 3 pony kegs for throwing. Biggest issue is loading the sand. I am not a patient man. Also pea gravel makes the throwing kegs sound much cooler.

Pretty quality yoke, had over 800lbs without issue. The cross bar does seem to dent just by looking at it with a keg in my hand but just put a pad over it and its fine.
