Great yoke at a great price! Besides it's traditional use it has been great for bench pressing, front carries, sled work and arm-over-arm pulls!

I have the 18" 240 lb mold and it has been great! It wasn't too difficult to build and the results were outstanding! I'm ready for the 20"!

This thing is great! Super compact for storage and so many ways to adjust! Nordic curls and Bulgarian Split Squats have been my favorite things with this. They have been very comfortable and easy to set up!

Works great especially for the price. Some others on the market are wider and can then carry more weight. If you are going to be carrying less than 300 lbs it is no problem.
