Washed up powerlifter, conveniently omits that his best lifts were 12 years ago when anyone asks about his PRs.

Got these to mount my Crossover Symmetry bands instead of using their rack straps. Mostly because I think it looks a little cleaner, but also easier to move around when you've got attachments on the rack. Not much to them really but work great for this sort of thing.

These are ~fine but it's dumb that the mounting pin is inline with spotter arm, because it means the whole thing can rotate in place and there are no holes for pinning it in place with a mag pin or hitch pin. Doesn't really happen in practice, but over time as you slam things into the rack they do start to twist out of place. Missing UHMW in a lot of places that the bar can contact, and the UHMW is kinda ugly, cheap textured UHMW which doesn't affect performance but just doesn't look as nice as what Rogue uses for example. In this price range I think the Bells of Steel ones look like the most functional design, but the hitch pin hole on those probably won't line up properly on a metric rack like REP. Not as important with that design though because the welded pin is in a smarter spot and the spotter arm can't rotate around the pin.

Bought this mostly to use as a seat for pulldowns with the option to play with it for other things as well. Wanted to try this because I could mount it to a front foot extension to keep it really low to the ground and maximize my range of motion in my basement. Really nice piece, very well constructed! The pad itself is a bit smaller than the REP Pegasus which I was using before, but still big enough to be comfortable as a seat.

Really nice bar, knurl is aggressive without being sharp. Picked this up because I was really curious how it compared to my REP Black Diamond bar, and the knurl is definitely a bit more aggressive than the REP bar. Dinged it a point on value because I still think the REP bars are a better buy, it's nice that they are end to end stainless, especially since the chrome finish on Rogue's sleeves just doesn't look as nice as the chrome on a Texas Power Bar for whatever reason. Mine had a lot of excess grease leaking out of the sleeves that I had to clean up when I received it as well. Really like the bar though, has become my main bar for benching. Cool to have something in the collection with competition style thin collars as well.

Really love this bar, the end-to-end stainless finish looks great, knurl is an awesome every day knurl, and the 3D endcaps and laser etching on the inside of the collars are really nice high end touches. I think these new REP bars are better than what Rogue is making honestly, even after the improvements Rogue made to their tolerances.
