So robust and overbuilt. The price tag is high but the amount you can do with it compared to other belt squats really increases the value IMO. If you do not have any dedicated cable systems this can really add a lot to your training.

The build quality is overall high but the pad is atrocious on this. Rogue needs to do away with the textured foam pads. I used this well over a year as my primary bench and it was fine but thats the best word for it. I desperately wanted a better pad and a tripod design to have more room for my feet so I upgraded to the monster utility bench

A very good piece but one that is slightly overrated imo. I don’t think that variable resistance adds much to this movement. I like several other brands lateral raise much better.

Mixed review here.. this machine has a lot of potential. The stretch you get is really phenomenal but the seat needs to go lower for me (6 foot not that tall) to get any utility out of the handle adjustments. Hoist roc it line in general takes getting used to the movement but I am in general a fan of that novelty. I think this is a really good chest press but some people have it in their goat discussion and I don’t understand that….when I was in HS the NYSC i went to sometimes had one and I liked it a lot better than but I was smaller than so it makes sense

Very good standing chest press. A bit slimmer than dynabody very similar to ATX if you have ever tried that. Heaviest at the start strength curve and angled foot plate are nice features…grips kinda feel cheap thats only real complaint should knurl or make better quality

I tried the older model with the huge counterweight. It was like the size of a punch buggy. No adjustability which really hurts it compared to some others on the market. The older model was extremely humbling but believe that's been fixed.

Really liked the adjustability on the. 2 weight horns on the back you can take one off and put it against the wall which is a nice way to save a lot of space....for the price I am not sure a better option exist. Would not put this in a commercial space though.

Really liked the ROM, Really liked the feel of the different weight horns. Good angle. Liked the prone better than the seated. Can really overload the different movements. Can go pretty heavy did 2 plates and it felt like I could do more...liked it so much after using it I purchased it.
