Inexpensive, but to me, inefficient way too use plates. While it made it easy for me just cart over my bumpers to where I needed them, the fact that they are stacked makes for more difficulty accessing different plates of different weights with others stacked on top.

Now with the Rorman Megalith handles available, these things are just so overpriced and under capable. Hence the ding with value and performance. At the time I purchased them though, these were the only thing available to add some articulation vs a static handle. The actual bar was perfectly knurled with an Ohio bar knurl, as you would expect from Rogue.

These were a winner for me to mount my plates on the wall after I built some backing behind the drywall. I hang my ATX chrome calibrated plates flaming my rack on either side, I hang my Rogue wagon wheel bumpers on these off the wall as well. Put some ATX stickers on ends to finish them off.

Great piece to have to do linebacker squats and Viking presses off of. I wish it was a little more beefy though, wider stance feet.

I customized mine by having a thin piece of aluminum cut with my name and then changing the background color to red. Easy way to customize your rack.

Easy way to protect your bars and the spotter arms. Inexpensive and good custom fitment on my Rogue Monster Spotter Arms. Some people get them to match the color of their racks.

Love these as well as Aperture engineering - I completely blacked out my rack (nuts, bolt heads and bolt threaded ends). Also capped off my Rorman Megalith handles. A useless investment - yes. That’s why I docked these on “value”Do these make you stronger- no. Are these for OCD individuals - yes, guilty!

These are your average band pegs, no way to prevent bands from sliding off ends, no attachment point for bands, need a plastic washer to eliminate scratching your rack. And the finish is not durable at all, scratched by just looking at it 😂. But that is a non- issue, I could care less if basic utilitarian pieces like this scratch. I prefer my Sorinex band pegs because they have a carabiner attached to secure bands.
