This piece is versatile in that it can be used for cable rows and for landmine work. I like the neutral grips and that REP gives you an option for the knurling. I only use this for landmine rows and appreciate that you can adjust the middle handle grip width. I ordered it with the more aggressive Double Black Diamond knurl. Since it has an all aluminum construction it makes for a very light handle. Overall, built well, functions exactly as intended and it compliments my Rogue straight bar landmine handle.

Nothing like a gym timer to keep you honest! I’ve had this timer for about 7 years now. It’s a perfect size and functions without any glitches. The accompanying phone app allows for ease of use and the creation of so many types of workouts, categories of workouts and attachments of pictures to each custom workout. Synchronization with a heart monitor too provides great feedback. Whether it’s EMOMS, Tabatas, HIIT sessions, this timer has you covered.

This is the only deadlift bar that I have and was happy that it was available in a Cerakote version to align with my “Rogue Cerakote Wall of Shame”. It is fairly stiff for a deadlift bar, but I use Abmat steel 2.5lb Plate Spacers to push the plates further away from eachother, thereby compensating and resulting in more bend/whip to this bar even at low weight of 405lb. It starts to respond more at 500lb plus. It’s well made, but there are many better DL bars out there.

While I wanted to like this, since their kBoxx is legit, I found it not to be something that I wanted to, nor was interested to, include in my training. The flywheel discs are interchangeable with the KBoxx. The rack mounting was marginal in design. I can’t recommend it, especially if you have a Voltra.

Just like their clubs, Adex Wildman edition adjustable mace is top notch. I have both the clubs and the adder weights are interchangeable between the two formats. The printed spacers that I purchased keep the load of lighter weight furthest most from handle. The finish is a nice textured powder coat for a secure grip, while not eating into your hand for long club and mace routines. The Wildman edition has a wider grip (around 37mm) that I prefer over their standard grip. I used a rubber plumbing cap to place in end so that when I set mace down on ground outside, the bottom of mace won’t get chipped or abused.

For my purposes, I needed two 5 bar vertical storage pieces, the larger versions by Rogue or Titan with a higher capacity wouldn’t fit in the space I allocated for the two that I have. What I liked is that these come with sleeve liners to protect the barbells. I put barbell pillows in each opening too. They are stable holding a Kabuki Trap Bar HD, a Titan Fat EZ curl bar, a CUBB bar, a REPs Direct Football Bar, etc. The image for this equipment listing does not match the product I have and show attached to this review. These were inexpensive and are sturdy.

So I was in search of a short multi-grip tricep bar here in North America and I came up short - they don’t exist. Single straight grip versions are readily available from several manufacturers, but I wanted the straight grip as well as a wider angled grip for different tricep grip variations as well as hammer curl grip variations. The two decent multi-grip short bars that I found were from Mirafit and ATX. ATX did not have a version with a straight grip, only dual angled grips. Mirafit hit the mark though, seemed well made, was affordable ($157) and so I focused in on getting their M3 Olympic Tricep Bar. Only catch… Mirafit does not ship outside of the UK and I had no way of getting this bar to me direct. I was lucky to pull a favor. Having worked with Chris at GymPin in the past (testing their prototype GymPin/Kaizen adapter on the Rogue Ver.1 Monster Trolley Arms for them before they finalized their product for sale), he was kind enough to order the Mirafit M3 Tricep Bar for me to their headquarters based in GB and then ship it to me in the States. The bar is extremely well made. It’s 37 7/8” long and weighs 33lbs. It’s load tested to a crazy 660lbs. It has tight tolerances with the Olympic sleeves with zero slop. They are 8 3/4” long and have bronze bushings with bearings and are made of hard chrome. They provide a smooth spin and they have the appearance of stainless steel. They have a nice smooth beveled edge for plate loading and the sleeve collars are beveled as well. The knurling is a medium mountain knurl with a smoother peak. The knurled handles are 28mm/1.1” in diameter. The frame of the bar is 16 7/8” long and 7.5” tall. There is 3 1/4” distance between the center vertical grips. I have large hands and was concerned about my mitts fitting for the outside angled grips and although it’s visually small, I just fit without any rub. Big shout out to GymPin and thanks!

I purchased this bar from PRx. It has its appeal in the sense that the hand grip position can rotate thereby allowing you to have supinated or pronated or neutral grip positions and that it adapts to how you may want to “naturally” position your wrists through a curling movement, but I still found the bar lacking. There was some rattle between the black rotational rings and chrome “C” brackets they were mounted on. It’s bothersome to the point where I needed to purchase some nylon washers to tighten up tolerances and silence the rattle. I invested in an infinitely superior bar (the Criterion bar) that is much smoother and feels more natural, built like a tank, but insanely expensive.
