A solid reminder that sometimes you gotta sit on your ass to get strong.

The paperwork and banner got lost in the mail. It was a blessing cause it led me to getting double certified and actually receiving the Massenomics CTF before the GymRadar CTF. The way it was intended. All is well now and both banners are flying proudly.

This works well for holding your knees in place during lat pulldowns, but also is good for hanging a foot for split squats. 4 stars for build quality due to the fact that a wider pad would be nice. 4 starts for performance because this will slide on the pin pipe safety arms. I'd follow Gluck's advice and never pay full price for Titan due to the frequency of sales.

Picked these up in Nov of 2025. First set of bumpers and I'm very pleased. I went with the 250lb set and received an additional set of 10lb plates for free (black November). These look great, and are a great value. Highly recommend.

Bought the 4 post in May 2025 as my first squat rack. Added the weight extension and spotter arms in November of 2025. Then added the lat pulldown in winter of 2026. The 4 post is a great intro piece, definitely strong enough to support the weight I'm moving around. You are slightly limited with attachments, being that it's 2"x2". But overall, it's sturdy and feels safe. Can be slightly shaky when racking weight, but I think that's going to happen on most 2"x2" racks that are not bolted down. Not the fancy option, but for the money it's a solid beginner rack.
