Highly recommended - it’s great to see this product finally getting the attention it deserves! There's a reason why KEISER and Tuff Stuff (on their higher end machines) use this handle. I picked-up a pair of these from EliteFTS back in January of 2018, long before any influencers (existed?) had heard of them - even had a chance to talk with the CEO (who worked in Construction before starting Trak Fitness, as I recall.) Moving on... Search the interwebs and you will see that most content producers today agree that the Trak Handle Sport is one of their favorites (if not their favorite) handle. I’m in agreement - this handle is certainly “best-in-class” for a D-Style cable attachment. However, I cannot recommended it for tricep work (for triceps, checkout the Porter PhysEd Eclipse Grip or the Prime KAZ Handles.) Most recently, both Darko Lifting and JD Gym Equipped now offer knurled handle upgrade options for the Trak Handle Sport if you just gotta have knurling.

Highly coveted at first, this handle has become rather polarizing online as of late. While currently only offered in Prime green or all-black, many years ago, Prime had previously offered their RO-T8 series of handles in "N1 Blue" as well as in Red (for Valentine’s Day & Halloween one year) for a very limited time. At HomeGymCon 2024, I finally got to try them and in late 2025, despite only wanting the RO-T8 handles, I picked-up a used, Prime RO-T8 Bar Bundle for around $130.00 from a local seller on marketplace. It’s true - not everyone is going to like these handles. You really need to try a pair before buying them, if at all possible (cough, cough, HomeGymCon 2026, cough, cough.) These RO-T8 handles are marketed to reduce grip fatigue, unwanted tension on your wrist, and the need for wrist wraps - I feel that these claims are accurate. That said, these handles are great for only certain exercises. More specifically, with regards to Doug Brignole’s BRIG20 exercises, the Prime RO-T8 handles can be used for - Upper & Middle Trapezius, External Obliques, and Sissy Squats (when using cables to assist during the exercise.) You are NOT going to want to use these for chest flyes or tricep work.
