I have two barbells and this is one of them. Bit of a different offering with the 28.5mm diameter and the dual score marks, but the knurling is really where this bar shines. It's not as "aggressive" as my Rogue OPB, but it's just as effective. My only knock is I had an issue with one of the sleeves, but TPB sent me a whole new sleeve at no charge.

It's a metal sled that you put weights on. The plate is thick and you can use it on concrete to piss off your neighbors. It is elegant in its simplicity.

Not a bad thing to have in the gym, but I'd much rather use this for face pulls than anything tricep related. I don't feel like I can keep my wrists as straight when I'm doing tricep extensions for some reason. That being said, im not getting rid of it anytime soon.

I used this and a U Clip to simulate a viking press and it didn't come out half bad. I was able to load it up to about 275 and it didn't appear to have any issues. My plastic knob is still there, but I would definitely like to see a more robust option.

I got a different pack a number of years ago on a black Friday deal because I put pen to paper and realized that I couldn't afford to not buy these things. Great for warming up and doing challenging BW exercises that I'm not very good at (Nordic curls). They've been sitting in a shed that changed temp and humidity throughout the year and they're still great.

Do you have a bunch of dimensional lumber lying around? Maybe an endless loop and some bits of horsestall mat? Boy, do I have a project for you. Could I have made these more efficiently and not so heavy? Yeah, but thats why I put the carrying handle on there.

I do a lot of DIY storage options for my gym, but this was too good of a price to not get it. Looks great too.
