Belt Squat Belt
The Belt Squat Belt is designed for maximal comfort on your hips while allowing you to use heavy weight to train your legs. This belt is great for athletes to use in season to train legs without taxing the entire body. The belt squat belt is also a great way for athletes with back pain to squat without the axial loading that a bar places on the spine (causing back pain to worsen). Belt squats are a great way to take a break from the typical squat routine and still hit your legs hard.

This is a very well made and comfortable belt squat. Definitely one of the better options out there.

It’s a solid belt that gets the job done, I just prefer other belt squat belts, like the Titan, spud pillow, and cloud 9 (with the cloud 9 being my favorite)
I’m not overly picky though; if I’m traveling & visiting a gym, and this is the belt they have, I’d still be happy. It’s a good belt!

Does exactly what it needs to do — just make sure you order the correct size before you buy. Expect a significant break-in period; it comes out of the box very stiff and takes some use before it really settles in. Pairs notably well with the AbMat Belt Squat Cover, which makes a meaningful difference in comfort from the start.

I feel like every review I write off a spud inc piece is the same, and it says "OMG where did they source this material it's both soft and rugged, and I love it".
The only thing I would like to change with this belt is to have some manner of adjustability. It's slightly too long for my belt squat setup and I need to "hop" on tippy toes to get the kickstand back in place at the end of a set.

I first used this belt at Big Tex Gym in Austin, Texas (shout out to Big Rob), and have loved it ever since. The material is smooth to the touch but also rugged-- the woven nylon feels alot like those moving straps that you can find at the home improvement store, but less abrasive. During use it easily confirms to the body, fitting around the waist and hips comfortably. My only mistake was purchasing the the version with a single attachment point for the carabiner, because it's a tad too long to hit depth on the Mammoth belt squat. I'm currently using the belt Fringe includes with the Mammoth, but if I ever upgrade I will likely go with the Spud Inc Pillow belt squat belt, as it's multiple attachment points would allow me to avoid this issue.

When I bought my belt squat he gave me 3 belts with it and this was one of them. I much prefer the belt that came with the belt squat from rogue as it's more comfortable and you can adjust the size very easily

Despite the name, I use it on my reverse hyper mostly and it works very well. Shows signs of wear after regular use but still sturdy, not fraying, and great function.

If she doesn't remember the ol spud dash inch dash straps dot com ad then she's too young for you, bro. This belt is beefy and has extra material in all the right places. Pair it up with a squat lever from Bremmy for one hell of a belt squat setup.

Spud straps are built to last, and a company I trust to make great straps, I use them all the time in the gym.

Super solid on belt squats as advertised. I performed found it pretty comfortable and it didn't grind into my hips
