I’m as straight as they come, but who doesn’t like a little bi-certification, amirite? I certainly didn't have this on my bingo card for 2026. Back when we used to be a proper country our gym certifications came in black and red. But honestly, it’s a horse a piece, ya know?

I got these pre-Covid and pre-Gluckgate. They’re the widest diameter change plates I’ve ever seen in my life, bordering on the absurd. But for all of that, they’re also a really quality product, virgin rubber or whatever it is that they are. I keep them on my RH and have other options I prefer because they are hella tight on my bars.

I had this guy on my wall for years until I got sick of hitting my shin enough times to grab one of these skull chalk bowls off of Etsy. I’ve thought about putting the halo back up higher on the wall and sticking a med ball on it, but haven’t been willing to scope out where to do this yet.

This is a big 5 star for me. I used these in place of the much more expensive TRX system that my PT had while recovering from a serious neck injury. These fit the ticket very well and helped me to train my arms and shoulder to rotate after the injury. I kept them on the rack for a few years and finally put them up as I'm not really using them any more, but man, were they helpful when needed. Good quality straps, same wood rings that you'd find just about anywhere else, and inexpensive.

They're cheap and easy to rip. They deform if there is any weight left on them for any length of time. I made the huge mistake of buying these for gym flooring when I started out. It didn't take more than a few weeks to recognize how truly awful these things are to have around. If you have a baby who needs someplace to crawl and flop down on and around, sure, get these. If you lift weights, get your drawers on and go buy some stall mats because these don't do a dammed thing. Oh, and they're dangerous to use for like stretching, since they pull apart like a cut pizza.

My wife wanted something to use for step up exercises and I got some good use out of this after my last knee surgery, but it's too light weight to use for serious weight. I sometimes wondered if it was going to sustain my body weight plus some lighter dumbbells. It does what it claims to do, maybe? I'm not sure I trust the 350lb rating or the claim of 500lbs with risers. Nah, bruh, I'm good.

I have a pair of this style on my wife's barbell. Glad they come in all kinds of colors. Hers is in yellow, which goes nicely with her blue shafted Toomey bar and makes her happy since they're her UM colors. This type of the Clout collar holds better than the other style that I have as the other one likes to loosen over time. While I think the other style looks nicer, this is a better product.

I went and picked these up in Vegas, so saved the cost of shipping these to my house. Great quality, weights are equal on all the chains of each size, chrome holds up nicely after several years of use. I love that these come in those white commercial buckets that usually have wallpaper glue and shit on them. Definitely a premium price to pay for something that you can get much cheaper at Harbor Freight, but no need to cut links and figure out all that crap. Very happy with this purchase.
