I purchased the 29mm short version of these and I’m overall really impressed. I wish I was stronger but it’s a great challenge to try to do pull ups with this nasty knurling. It’s no joke. The knurling is like. 2x or maybe ever more. It just works the hell out of your hands and will make your skin go away.

Much better length than the Rep version. I sold that and bought this instead. Extremely happy with this product. I use it for every single bench and squat session.

The granddaddy of them all! This is probably my most used barbell. I rarely use anything else for deadlifts, and I have plenty of options. The knurling, on the black zinc finish, is just dead sexy. I can’t think of anything I’d rather have in my hands doing the deadlift.

I hate the ecoat. Bar is fine otherwise. I bought the ecoat so that’s my problem, but man, the ecoat sucks big time.

This is for the prior model roller j cup. Great product with simple design and solid welds, uhmw, and all that. Really enjoy using these but prefer my Rogue monos for heavy squats and presses now. Doesn’t work with Duffalo style bars.

The OG way to floor yo’ space to maximize gainz, get strong, stay strong, you know the rest. It’s the way nature intended and only gets better with chalkake. Don’t settle for impostors, wall to wall, make it happen!

I don’t use this nearly enough. I really like the powder coat and I really like the diameter. I just don’t think to get it out. Haven’t gone through the trouble of filling a Homer bucket with rice. That’s probably what I need to do.

Legit! The SMC carabiners are MiUSA and built so much better than the cheap crap they sell on Amazon. I’m glad Rogue uses these but also easy to purchase from SMC or Amazon.
