I’d get this again and again. Fully knurled, strong as hell, and if you get it during BF, they run a big sale every year, 25% off I think. Build quality is outstanding. No whip at all. Knurling will leave some red marks on your back so you can remember where to put the bar the next time you squat.

These suck. They had burrs and scraped my barbells and cut my hands. Yuck.

This is SHARP. I’m a knurl guy. Love my Texas bars, Chewy bar, love to get my calluses calluses. But holy buckets! This is sharp. Well-made, a tad too long so it pinches the wrists a little, but it’s a nice piece of kit.

I’ve got these on my Titan roller jcups and they’ve done a very nice job of doing the thing that they do. And they look sleek. I’ve got red ones on the black jcups.

Clever piece of kit that is a safety for your safety. I’ve got a Titan V1 spotter arm set and there’s no UHMW at the end of the arm. It’s pretty unlikely that I’ll ever end up with a barbell scraping up against the end of the spotter arm, but safety should never be an accident.

I got this second hand and traded a 53lb kettlebell and some cash for this baby. I’ve got the one with the sleeves that spin and use it exclusively for OHP. The hand angle is perfect for overhead press and the angled shaft keeps away from your head when you’re lifting it up. It’s beefy and has that incredible AB build quality. I feel really lucky to have score this thing.

This is a pretty amazing barbell. The price is wicked, but it’s probably worth it. I got mine during the first run - it was offered through the Home Gym Discord a few years back, before the IPF money got spent. The knurling is really aggressive, but not sharp exactly. And the quality is by far better than any barbell I’ve ever used. American Barbell just has the slickest looking sleeves and there is zero play in the sleeve. Sick barbell.

I had a set of change plates from this line and they were fine. Sold them during Covid because they were surplus and the money was good.
