Had this thrown in with some weight plates I bought off fbmp. Nothing special, it does the job it’s supposed to do. I didn’t use the barbell holder so I can’t speak on that but it held a bunch of 45’s and 25’s with no issue.

Great scale, use it every day. Works exactly like it should, good for weighing everything from people to sandbags, to packages for shipping.

Can't beat this - one of the cheapest, easiest and most effective DIY additions to a gym. If you have any sort of elbow issues like golfer's/tennis elbow I would definitely recommend using this for 10 minutes a few times a week.

Pictured here is my Rogue Echo bike with one arm missing and no wind guard. When Rogue initially sent it to me one of the arms was bent and they sent me a new arm and a wind guard for free for the trouble. Figured the wind guard was going to be useless but it actually did a good job, and it was a great upgrade. I will say the Fringe Sport raptor comes with all of the extras (wind guard, water bottle holder, phone holder) included whereas rogue makes you pay for them

I bought this many years ago before P&G bought Onnit and got rid of their fitness equipment, and you can't get it anymore. I've messed around with mace workouts in the past and they are a fun way to switch things up every once in a while. I don't remember what I paid for it but I do remember that I bought it to get some other stuff shipped for free, I think it was heavily discounted as nobody was buying them. Fun toy to mess around with, definitely not a centerpiece. Also I think it just looks cool on the wall.

I was debating between this and the Temple of Gainz machine for weeks. I went to a gym warehouse several times and used it, but for some reason the leg curl movement didn't feel good at all. I'm glad I went with TOG as it has been a dream to own and use, but this machine was pretty good, this one was selling for $1500 which is obviously not cheap, but was a decent deal compared to other units I was looking at.

In the pic below you can see the machine in the back corner by the door. This was not a good purchase and I hated it immediately. This was bought in 2020 and I think I bought it because it was one of the only items I could get relatively quickly. The assembly was a nightmare, as several parts were missing and Titan wasn't very helpful. Once it was put together the machine was bad. The strength curve stunk and switching from tricep to bicep movements wasn't smooth at all.

Great idea but incredibly awkward in use and a pain to set up. I feel like old school ankle weights do a better job but are limited by the amount of weight you can do.
